As an agent and investor I deal with a lot of contractors, so I've seen my share of good and not so good. The service I received was phenomenal! I called and was able to be serviced same day, I was shown my issue via the camera and explained the solution. Then after the work, the space was left cleaner than how it initially was! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Thank you!

At a moment when sewer water was pouring through the lower level ceiling of a commercial building Connecticut Sewer arrived within thirty minutes of my call to them to solve the problem. They were courteous and professional and resolved the problem withing several hours. We couldn't be happier.

A friendly team showed up in the morning. I immediately knew that I made the right choice to contact them; instead of other corporate plumbing companies. They took care of the clog, showed me what was causing the back up, and even gave me some pointers on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. Their price was extremely reasonable. I trust this company, and will definitely use them again if need. Jeff and Janiece were so professional and knowledgeable they achieved what I consider the peak of customer service. there are still honest people in this world.

I am a professional insurance adjuster with over 33 years experience handling from small residential to large commercial property claims. My experience with Connecticut Sewer and Drain LLC has been exceptional. They were fast, courteous, reasonably priced and very helpful in assisting me in my investigation of a claim with some complications. I can tell you from my experience, it is difficult to find honest people in business these days - kudos to Connecticut Sewer and Drain.

We called about a problem with a sewage valve and they came out promptly, evaluated the problem , and proposed a solution quickly. It wasn't an emergency, so they were able to come back later and fix our valve at an affordable rate, exactly as they had proposed. At each step, they were straight-forward, responsive, cheerful, and on time. Excellent service.

I highly recommend CT Sewer & Drain. Within less than a week after I called them they were at my house. While it turned out that I did not have the problem I thought I had. Jeff and Janiece were so professional and knowledgeable they achieved what I consider the peak of customer service. By that I mean that despite my fear that this was a potential problem that could run into several thousands of dollars; I was really relaxed as they did their assessment.

Recently used Jeff's services, nothing but great things to say. Called on a Friday night around 9:30p and he showed up first thing Saturday morning. He was honest and explained his scope of work. Extremely fair prices, much better than a national brand service. His work was professional and he cleaned up perfectly.

I'd give CT Sewer and Drain LLC 10 stars if that were an option! I called this company last week in the late evening when my basement sink started to back up after doing dishes upstairs, and they were willing to come out right away. I told them it was not a dire emergency and that I could wait until the next day, and so they gave me a reasonable window of time of arrival. A friendly team showed up promptly in the morning. I immediately felt a rapport with them, and knew that I made the right choice to contact them instead of other corporate plumbing companies. They took care of the clog, showed me what was causing the back up, and even gave me some pointers on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. This family owned business is a well run machine. From the moment I called with my washing machine dilemma jeff stayed in touch with me every step of the way. He guided me through the process of contacting city services, digging up part of my front yard to discover the crumbling sewer pipe before it connects to the city sewer line. Thus the street in front of our house had to be dug up as well. This entire process took over 2 days & Jeff and his partner were in touch throughout. Thanks a million for making awful experience so well completed. You two individuals are a treat to work with. Thanks a million..A+

If you are looking for a reliable and honest company to do business with, you have found them! I called 6 companies,CT Sewer and Drain called back immediately and made an appointment to come see the job and kept their promise. They communicate if they will arrive even only a few minutes late. Their prices are fair and they are respectful of your property and take pride in doing a great job. We had a sump pump installed and are very satisfied with the job they did. I would definitely call they again for any work I needed to be done with sewers, drains, plumbing and sump pumps. Thank you CT Sewer and drain for making what could have been a very stressful time, a time when we could take a deep breath and know we were in good hands.

CT Sewer & Drain turned a terribly stressful morning into a perfectly calm afternoon. After calling them to discuss an outside drainage problem, they gave me a reasonable window of time to arrive at my house, complete with updates on timing. After they arrived, the team could not have been nicer or more professional, and they remained that way even after working in the cold and driving rain to get the problem identified and solved. Jeff is honest, efficient and fair. Will not take advantage of his customers.I called Roto Rooter first, then had to call Jeff to come do it right. I am glad I did. CT sewer & drain are simply the best! We had a mains clog in our new home and gave CT sewer and drain a call. Jeff came down and identified the issue in no time and was able to fix it and show me exactly where the clog was. I was amazed and the level of service I got with CT Sewer & Drain. I cannot recommend them higher. These guys are great!

I have now had CT Sewer and Drain perform multiple jobs in my home (both drain work and plumbing installations), and each time I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and attention I’ve received from staff. At the outset in contacting Jeff and his team, due to an emergency matter that I was confronted with at my residence, his response time was extremely quick and highly efficient; provided that I was in need of his services on a national holiday - July 4th (Independence Day). The communication that he exhibited was extraordinary. He responds very quickly to text messages and phone calls. I found his skill set and expertise to be highly knowledgeable and reliable. He is definitely worth the money. In sum, I found him to be a very nice and good spirited man, and that’s just not something that is common in the society that we live in today.
