Quick with the return call and amazing at walking through the estimate process!

I have to give a huge shout out to Jeff and Janiece Fusco from CT Sewer & Drain. I had an issue with out main drain backing up. Gave this family owned business a call after seeing all the positive Facebook reviews. Jeff answered my call and came out the next day. Was very detailed and upfront with cost of the job. After inspecting the drain with a camera, learned was not the drain but an issue with our septic tank. We just moved to our home, not familiar with septic and had no idea where it was located. Jeff located the tank and helped dig out cover. New septic tank has a filter that was completely clogged and was causing slow drain. He then called a local septic company to come drain the tank. This team went above and beyond the regular scope of job. One of the nicest, honest person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend them for all drain services.

If you have a sewer issue, CT Sewer and Drain is fantastic! They are responsive, customer service oriented, reasonable and competent. So nice too and when you’ve got a sewer problem, you need someone who is genuinely caring and nice to you when everything else is going wrong.

Jeff and Janiece are a great team - professional, personable, they helped me to address the problem that I have been dealing with for years - persistent clogs in the sewer pipe due to (as we found out) a belly in the pipe. They did a video inspection, identified the problem, and they recommended sub-contractors who did an awesome job with minimum damage to my yard. Very positive experience and I can recommended CT Sewer and Drain wholeheartedly.

I contacted Connecticut Drain and Sewer and received a call back and visit the same day. They are reliable, professional and solved the problem! The cost was reasonable and this visit was the week of a major holiday. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

They run a very professional and friendly operation -- Jeff and Janiece are easy to communicate with, listed carefully to my concerns, came as promised, on time and good to go, did a complete and thorough assessment, and thoughtfully explained everything that was going on, as well as the various options I should consider. At the end of the day, we agreed to do a very minimal cost effective fix and wait and see what happens down the road. I really appreciate their willingness to help you understand the issues and offer cost effective solutions. Thank you both, I will surely be using you again, and recommending you to neighbors!
